My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable with excellent service that made us feel special. The rooms were lovely and well-appointed, offering a great view from the strip view room. While the pool and gym facilities were impressive, I did find some areas for improvement in customer service responsiveness, especially for Hilton Diamond members. Overall, a beautiful hotel with a lot to offer, and I look forward to seeing the completed renovations.
My stay at the Waldorf Astoria was a mix of high points and letdowns. The hotel offers a serene and elegant atmosphere, making it a nice retreat from the usual Vegas chaos. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful design of the rooms and the luxurious spa services. However, the dining options seemed to have downgraded, and I was disappointed with some service aspects, which felt a bit lacking given the hotel's reputation.
